Mentoring Agreement
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Global Health Leaders, LLC (“GHL”) and the undersigned participant (“Student”) for participation in GHL’s Research Mentorship Program.
Package Options:
☐ Focused Mentorship Package (4 sessions) – $995
4 one-hour mentorship sessions over 3 months
Personalized MD guidance on project design, data analysis, or early manuscript review
Email access for follow-up questions between sessions
☐ Project Development Package (10 sessions) – $2,195
10 mentorship sessions over 6 months
In-depth feedback on methodology, writing, and data interpretation
Guidance toward conference abstract or poster presentation
Priority mentor access for short questions or quick reviews
☐ Publication & Presentation Package (16 Sessions) – $3,095
16 mentorship sessions over 9 months
Coaching for development of a full manuscript or poster
Editing and formatting for journal submission
Abstract submission strategy and presentation coaching
Optional letter of recommendation from mentor upon completion

Scheduling and Mentor Assignment:
Mentorship sessions will be scheduled directly with the assigned MD research advisor.
If the Student’s first-choice advisor does not have capacity, a second-choice advisor will be assigned.
The Student must complete all mentorship sessions within one (1) year of the date of this Agreement.
Missed or rescheduled sessions require at least 48 hours’ notice; late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited sessions.
Scope of Mentorship:
Mentorship includes coaching, guidance, and editing only.
Advisors will not perform data collection, analysis, or writing on behalf of the Student.
GHL and its advisors provide educational and professional mentorship, not academic credit or university supervision.
Publication is not guaranteed, though GHL maintains a strong record of successful student publications and presentations.
No personal medical advise will be given at any time for any reason.
Research and Publication Costs:
Any costs related to IRB submission, journal submission, or publication fees are not included in this Agreement.
Students are responsible for any applicable fees associated with their research institution or publication outlet.
Authorship and Acknowledgment:
Students and Research Advisors (“RAs”) will be added as contributors to published work in accordance with standard authorship guidelines.
Final authorship order will be determined collaboratively, based on contribution and journal standards.
Refund and Completion Policy:
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
If a mentor becomes unavailable, GHL will reassign the Student to another qualified advisor to ensure continuity.
Students who fail to complete their sessions within one year forfeit remaining sessions without refund.
Payment Terms:
Full payment is due within upon signing this Agreement.
No mentorship sessions will be scheduled until payment is received in full.
Payment plans are NOT available for mentoring programs.
Agreement and Signature:
By signing below, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and authorize payment.
